Pharmacy Australia Centre of Excellence: PACE is being constructed in three stages over the next five years on a prime site next to the Princess Alexandra Hospital. PACE Stage One will house UQ's new School of Pharmacy, providing 15,800sq m of space comprising laboratories, other teaching facilities, offices and carparks. Construction commenced in early 2008 and will be completed in 2010. Subject to market demand, construction is scheduled to start on Stage 2 in 2010/2011, with project completion due by 2011/2012.
